By default, Datometry Hyper-Q does not require custom configuration of its installation. Configuration, log, and PID files are placed inside the distribution directory. If you need to host these instance-specific files in a separate location, you can use the following arguments with bin/dtm
:
Argument | Value | Applies to |
--pidfile=<path> |
Path to file where Hyper-Q will write its PID to. | start and stop |
--confdir=<path> |
Path to directory that contains Hyper-Q's configuration files (dtm.ini, dtm.lic, odbcinst.ini, ...). | start |
--logdir=<path> |
Path to directory where Hyper-Q will write its log files to. | start |
