About Hyper-Q Log Files

Hyper-Q logs critical startup messages as well as errors at runtime to a file named error_log-DATE_TIME.csv. The default location for the log files is: /opt/datometry/logs

If the installation has been customized and Hyper-Q uses a custom log directory, the path for the log files of the running instance can be located using the following Linux command:

ps ax | grep dtm

In the resulting output, look for --logdir.

During Hyper-Q start-up and at midnight, a new log file is created with the current date and time as part of the filename.
